NOTICE - VILLAGE OF SODUS POINT

ANNUAL ASSESSMENT RATE AND TAX LEVY

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the annual Assessment Rate and Tax Levy of the Village of Sodus Point, with a warrant for the collection thereon, have been duly issued and delivered to the undersigned and that the undersigned shall attend at the Village Clerk’s Office, 8356 Bay Street, in said Village 9:00 AM to 3:30 PM Monday through Friday during the months of June, July, August, September, and October, for the purpose of collecting taxes. Taxes paid on or before July 4th, 2025 may be paid without penalty, but if paid thereafter 5% will be added for the month of July; 6% for the month of August; 7% for the month of September; and 8% for the month of October.
