The Sodus Point Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing on Monday March 10th, 2025 at 7:00 P.M. via zoom video conferencing from the Village Hall at 8356 Bay Street those interested can follow instructions at soduspoint.info to discuss the following applications:

1. Area Variance, Scott & Cindy Briggs, 8474 Greig Street, to install an 8’ fence 40’ long per plot drawing where 4’ is allowed. (CODE 190-22(g) 121-4)
2. Area Variance, Susan Hill, 7428 Wolcott Street, to construct a 32’x28’ garage structure 6.5’ from rear property line where 12.5’ is required. (CODE 190-11, 190-49)
