LEGAL: Sodus Point Zoning Board of Appeals Public Hearing Notice 7-8-25
The Sodus Point Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing on Tuesday July 8th, 2025 at 7:00 P.M. via zoom video conferencing from the Fire Department Meeting Room at 8364 Bay Street those interested can follow instructions at soduspoint.info to discuss the following applications:

1. Area Variance, Vivian Dendecker, 8403 Wickham Boulevard, to construct to allow to maintain a living fence to remain and grow to 10’ tall.  (CODE 121, 190-22(g))
2. Area Variance, Sodus Bay Yacht Club, 7437 Irwin Street, to construct a 12x24 Shed 16’ from breakwall where 25’ is required. (190-11)

The Zoning Board will also be discussing proposed changes to the Zoning Law as drafted in the LWRP Grant.

The Public is invited to speak on the applications and observe their discussion.
