   4. Area Variance, (CHANGE WORK ORDER), Scott Briggs, 8474 Greig Street, to change approved overhangs on the structure to 2.5’ allowing for 18’ setback where 20.5 was approved and 41.5% lot coverage (CODE 190-11).
