LEGAL: Sodus Point Zoning Board of Appeals Public Hearing Notice 12-27-2021
The Sodus Point Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing on Monday December 27th, 2021 at 7:00 P.M. via zoom video conferencing those interested can follow instructions at soduspoint.info to discuss the following applications:
- Area Variance, Ron Bills, 7328 Route 14, to construct a 10’x12’ addition 6.6’ from front property line where 25’ is required. (CODE 190-11)
- Special Use Permit, Carly Straubing, 8510 Greig Street, to operate a mercantile business as a retail business or service. Also being considered is special permit for parking calculation utilizing public parking. (CODE 190-8, 190-23)
- Area Variance for Victoria Cohen, 8537 Bay Street Ext, to construct a 13’x18’ shed 6.3’ from primary structure where 8’ is required, 2.9’ from north property line where 5’ is required, 2.4’ from west property line where 12.5’ is required, creating a one bedroom structure in 234 square feet of living space where 675 is required. (CODE 190-11, 190-17, 190-22 (E.)),
- Change work Order, Steve Floor, 8490 Wickham Blvd, to construct a raised porch, previously approved 2’ from the western property line and no more than 24” from grade. Now asking to allow the structure to be measured from new finished grade line
