The Sodus Point Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing on Monday May 23rd, 2022 at 7:00 P.M. via zoom video conferencing those interested can follow instructions at soduspoint.info to discuss the following applications:
- Area Variance, Steve Hyatt, 7114 Central Ave, to subdivide .07 Acres per plot drawing from neighboring property to be merged (190-8, 190-50)
- Area Variance, Darrell Pfiner, 8434 Bay Street, to construct a 36’x28’ Pole Barn 0’ from rear property line where 12.5’ is required, 1’ from the east property line where 5’ is required and allowing 55% lot coverage where 30% is allowed. (190-11, 190-49, 190-19)
- Area Variance, Gary Keim, 7581 6th Street, to construct a 7.5'x7.5' shed 3'11" from the property line where 5' is required, 0' from the primary structure where 8' is required and allowing 49% lot coverage where 30% is allowed (190-11, 190-22 (E.))
