- Area variance, Gary Brunie, 8198 South Shore Rd, to construct a 12’x16’ pole barn 3’ from primary structure where 8’ is required and 2’6” from rear property line where 12.5’ is required, also constructing a 4’x26’ deck (CODE 190-11, 190-22)
- Special Use Permit Review, Jennifer Evans, 8487 Greig Street, to open a retail business or service, specifically a seasonal recreational equipment rental and beach bicycles, souvenirs, gifts and fishing merchandise shop roughly 1800 square feet. (CODE 190-8, 190-49)
- Change work Order, Steve Floor, 8490 Wickham Blvd, to construct a raised porch, previously approved 2’ from the western property line and no more than 24” from grade. Now asking to allow the structure to be measured from new finished grade line.
