The Sodus Point Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a meeting and public hearing on Monday April 13th, 2026 at 7:00 P.M. via zoom video conferencing from the Village Hall at 8356 Bay Street and Fiddlers Green 6800 Placida Rd B18 Unit 269, Englewood FL 34224 those interested can follow instructions at www.soduspoint.info to discuss the following applications:

Area Variance, Anthony Butera, 7593 Third Street, to construct a 39x48 L shaped garage 5.5' from the west property line where 12.5' is required and 3' from the south property line where 12.5' is required. (CODE 190-11)

Area Variance, Scott Dugan, 7588 Second Street, to construct a residential structure per stamped plans14.7' from front setback where 25' is required, also constructing a new 18'x14 bath house both allowing 38.5% lot coverage where 30% is allowed. (CODE 190-11, 190-49)
