The Sodus Point Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a meeting and public hearing on Monday March 23rd, 2026 at 7:00 P.M. via zoom video conferencing from the Village Hall at 8356 Bay Street and Fiddlers Green 6800 Placida Rd B18 Unit 269, Englewood FL 34224 those interested can follow instructions at www.soduspoint.info to discuss the following applications:

1. Area Variance, Bill Dixon, 8431 Bay Street, to construct a 30x60 pole barn per stamped plans 5 feet from north property line where 12.5’ is required allowing 31% lot coverage where 30% is allowed(CODE 190-11)
2. Area Variance, Anthony Butera, 7593 Third Street, to construct a 36x46 garage 5' from the south property line where 12.5' is required and 5' from west property line where 12.5' is required. (CODE 190-11)
