The Sodus Point Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a meeting and public hearing on Monday February 9th, 2026 at 7:00 P.M. via zoom video conferencing from the Village Hall at 8356 Bay Street and Fiddlers Green 6800 Placida Rd B18 Unit 269, Englewood FL 34224 those interested can follow instructions at soduspoint.info to discuss the following applications:

1. Area Variance,  Matt Nowak, 7992 Lake Road, to subdivide .13 acres with 33.53' of road frontage from existing lot where 1 acre and 100' of road frontage is required to merge with existing lot.  (CODE 190-11, 190-50).
2. Area Variance, Matt Nowak, 7964 Lake Road, to subdivide .36 acres with 51.54' of road frontage from existing lot where 1 acre and 100' of road frontage is required to merge with existing lot.  (CODE 190-11, 190-50).
3. Special Permit, Dana Profetta, 8533 Greig Street, to construct a 30x24, 1 story boat house 3' from west property line and 6' from east property line, special permit required (CODE 86-12, 86-27)
