The Sodus Point Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a meeting and public hearing on Monday January 12th, 2026 at 7:00 P.M. via zoom video conferencing from the Village Hall at 8356 Bay Street those interested can follow instructions at soduspoint.info to discuss the following applications:

Area Variance, Thomas Knapp, 7112 Hillside Drive, to split one full sized lot into (2 lots), Lot 1, 80’ of road frontage with 10,172 square foot where 100’ of frontage is required and 12,500 square feet is required and Lot 2, with 85’ of road frontage and 8554 square feet where 100’ of road frontage and 12,500 square feet of area if required. (CODE 190-11).
Area Variance, Nick Fox, Lot 58, 59 (7112 Hillside Drive), to construct 2600 square foot single family structure 34’ high where 30’ is allowed with 1600 foot of lot coverage on future 8554 square foot lot. (CODE 190-11)
