NOTICE: The Village of Sodus Point Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing on June 28, 2016 at 7:00PM in the Village Hall at 8356 Bay St. Sodus Point, NY 14555 on the following applications:
An area variance request by Phil Sansone at 8434 Bay Street to build an outdoor stairway to a second floor apartment.  Adjacent property owners are: NORTH;Ryan Dixon, WEST; Bruce Hargrave, EAST; Vincent & Cindy Rosata Rei Rei LLC (Harborside Apartments).
A special permit request by Naomie Crockford at 7893 North Margaretta Road for the construction of 12x10’ addition to be used as a hair salon. Adjacent property owners are: EAST; Richard and Tina Boyer, SOUTH; Stuart Baulch, SOUTH;  Carl Lent, WEST; Proseus, NORTH; Proseus.
An area variance request by Tom Frank at 8472 Wickham Boulevard for construction of a 20’x5 x 30” deck on the north side.  Adjacent property owners are: NORTH; Michael Corke, EAST; Susan Acker, WEST; Tom Frank.
