An Area variance request by Frank and Marilyn Bernie of 7586 Second St. Sodus Point, New York 14555 to build a 11’ x 24’second story deck with stairs 2’ from side property line when 5’ is required. Adjacent property owners are: NORTH-Allen SOUTH-Turney EAST-Kellet, Johns/  WEST-Cator.
An are variance request by Jaime Abson of 8451 Bay St. Sodus Point, NY 14555 to build a 12’ x 20’ east addition on an existing garage 3 feet from rear property line when 12.5’ is required. Adjacent property owners are: NORTH-Grosz SOUTH-Village of Sodus Point EAST-Engelson & VanLier / WEST-Margis.
