Willow Park Design and Implementation Services

The Village of Sodus Point is seeking qualifications from consulting firms to prepare a conceptual redesign of Willow Park to include a topographic survey, identification of drainage patterns and a site plan for the placement of a new playground; a building with public restrooms, possible office space and tourism information activities; the skate park; and an overlook platform and finger docks on Sodus Bay. To the maximum extent feasible, all park projects must be ADA compliant.

The RFQ can also be obtained at the Sodus Point Village Hall, 8356 Bay Street, Sodus Point, NY, during normal business hours. 

Qualifications are due no later than 3 PM on March 1, 2023 and must be submitted to the Village of Sodus Point, 8356 Bay Street, P.O. Box 159, Sodus Point, NY 14555.  Late proposals will not be accepted or considered under any circumstances.
