The Sodus Point Village Board will meet on Monday, May 19, 2025 at 5:30 p.m.

The meeting will be held at Sodus Point Fire Hall.

The Board will discuss the roles and responsibilities of Board Members.

Open Meeting law.

Proper chain of command.

How Committees Work.

Expectations of Board Members.

How a legal job posting is developed and the role of the Board.

The Board will go into Executive session for a legal discussion, followed by a discussion regarding personnel. This meeting will be Board Members only.

Following the meeting, we will return to open session. No decisions will be made with the exception of closing the Board meeting.

Any. decisions will be made at the regular Village Board Meeting, Thursday, May 22 at

6:30 p.m. at the Village Hall.
