The Sodus Point Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a meeting and public hearing on Monday June 8th, 2026 at 7:00 P.M. via zoom video conferencing from the Village Hall at 8356 Bay Street and Fiddlers Green 6800 Placida Rd B18 Unit 269, Englewood FL 34224 those interested can follow instructions at www.soduspoint.info to discuss the following applications:

1. Area Variance,  Mark Spall, 7101 Overlook Drive, to construct a 16'x28' lean-to structure on the rear of the house 8'9" from the rear property line where 12.5' is required. (CODE 190-11)

1. Use Variance Area Variance, SBJSA, 7430 Clover Street, to construct a 3310 Square foot Nonprofit club or recreation use which is not permitted in a residential district (CODE 190-8)

2. Area Variance, SBJSA, 7430 Clover Street, to construct a 3310 Square foot Nonprofit club or recreation use which is not permitted in a residential district, 7.34’ from east property line where 12.5’ is required and 18.16’ from front property line where 25’ is required allowing 36% lot coverage where 30% is allowed. (CODE 190-8, 190-11 and 190-49)
