The Sodus Point Planning Board will hold an executive session with the Village attorney on Monday March 3rd, 2025 at 6:30 P.M. to discuss a legal matter the regular meeting will follow at 7:00 pm via zoom video conferencing from the Village Hall at 8356 Bay Street those interested can follow instructions at www.soduspoint.info to discuss the following applications:    

1. Fence Review, Scott & Cindy Briggs, 8474 Greig Street, to install an 8’ fence 40’ long per plot drawing where 4’ is allowed. (CODE 190-22(g) 121-4)

The public is invited to observe this application.

1. Preliminary Site Plan, Susan Hill, 7428 Wolcott Street, to construct a 32’x28’ garage structure 6.5’ from rear property line where 12.5’ is required. (CODE 190-11, 190-49)
2. Special Use Permit, Brandon Martin,7118 Route 14 to construct (3) 60’x120’ Storage buildings and (1) 100'x60' storage building in a Limited Commercial residential district and residential district to be used for Boat Storage (Retail Business or service Not Otherwise provided herein) Special Use Permit Required.
