The Board of Trustees of the Village of Sodus Point will conduct a public hearing starting at 6:30 PM, February 16th, 2017 in the Village Hall, 8356 Bay St., Sodus Point, NY 14555 on a Local Law adoption of Village Code Section 121, Fences and walls. The proposed Law will status living fences under the same restrictions as material made ones as well as add sections for retaining and break walls in the efforts to clarify regulations.
The Board of Trustees of the Village of Sodus Point will also conduct a public hearing following this at 6:45 PM, February 16th, 2017 in the Village Hall, 8356 Bay St., Sodus Point, NY 14555 to discuss a moratorium on recreational vehicles being allowed with in the Village as habitable spaces, outside the approved districts. Following this public hearing at 6:50 P.M., February 16th, 2017 in the Village Hall, 8356 Bay St., Sodus Point, NY 14555 the Board of Trustees will conduct a public hearing on a Local Law adoption of Village Code section 125, RV and Campers. The purposed change will give restrictions and regulations for the placement and living within the confines of a camper and or recreation vehicle within non approved locations of the Village of Sodus Point.
Copies of the proposed Local Law changes are available at the Village Clerk’s Office where any interested person may inspect them during office hours. All persons wishing to be heard regarding the adoption of this Local Law will be provided and opportunity at said meeting.
