The Sodus Point Planning Board will hold a pre meeting workshop on Tuesday, July 7th, at 6:30 P.M. via zoom video conferencing from the Village Hall at 8356 Bay Street those interested can follow instructions at www.soduspoint.info to observe the board discuss following applications the Special Meeting will follow:

1. Fence Review, Scott Johnson, 7001 Overlook Drive, to construct a 4' fence per plot drawing. (CODE 190-22(g), and 121)

The public is invited to observe this application.

1. Site Plan Review, Joanna Smith, 0 Lake Rd (71119-17-059228), site plan review per plans to construct driveway and utilities for staging area per DEC approval for future house and guest house locations.  
2. Site Plan Review,  Maria Martinez, 8030 Lake Rd, to construct a 12'32' front porch lean-to off the front of the structure with 8' roof height and front deck. (CODE 190-49)
