The Sodus Point Planning Board will hold a pre meeting on Monday, March 17th, at 6:30 P.M. via zoom video conferencing from the Village Hall at 8356 Bay Street, 2003 SW 15th Street, Unit 143, Deerfield Beach, FL 33442 and 308 Pine Creek Avenue, Jersey Shore, PA 17740 those interested can follow instructions at soduspoint.info to observe the board discuss amendments to section 190-22(g), Chapter 121, checklists and the following applications the Regular Meeting will follow:

1. Final Site Plan, Scott Briggs, 8474 Greig Street, to construct a 3204 square foot single family residential structure per stamped plans (CODE 190-49) .
2. Fence Review, Lynn Dureya, 7104 Central Ave, to construct a 4' split rail fence at a future date per plot drawing with smaller temporary fence around patio to enclose dog per plot drawing. (CODE 190-22(g), 121-4)

3. Preliminary Site Plan, Bob Straubing, 8330 Lake Street, to construct a 16x24 addition and interior renovation per stamped plans. (CODE 190-49).
