The Sodus Point Planning Board will hold a pre meeting on Monday, March 17th, at 6:30 P.M. via zoom video conferencing from the Village Hall at 8356 Bay Street and  2003 SW 15th Street, Unit 143, Deerfield Beach, FL 33442 those interested can follow instructions at soduspoint.info to observe the board discuss amendments to proposed code section 151 Short Term Rental Law and the following applications the Regular Meeting will follow:

1. Final Site Plan, James Rudd, 8297 Lake Street, to construct a 26’x34’ Garage (CODE 190-49).

The public is invited to observe this application.

2. Preliminary Site Plan, Mike Hillis, 7490 Lummis Street, to construct a 16x28 Garage with a 12x24 room in existing garage and 6x18 deck attached to south side of property. Garage will be 4.1 to the north property line where 7’ is required. (CODE 190-49).
