LEGAL: Sodus Point Planning Board Public Hearing Notice 2-7-2022 

The Sodus Point Planning Board will hold a public hearing on Monday February 7th, 2022 at 7:00 P.M. via zoom video conferencing those interested can follow instructions at www.soduspoint.info to discuss the following applications: 

  1. Special Use Permit, Carly Straubing, 8510 Greig Street, to operate a mercantile business as a retail business or service. Also being considered is special permit for parking calculation utilizing public parking. (CODE 190-8) 
  2. Site Plan Review, Joelle Frizzera, 8633 Greig Street, to add a 5’ x 33’ dock extension with a 8’x16’ platform at the end and 19’x10’ deck over the water totaling the length of the dock to 99'. (CODE 86-11, 86-19, 86-23, 190-11) 
  3. Site Plan Review, Richard Hinkley, 7399 Route 14, to expand existing campground per stamped site plan adding 11 RV Sites. (CODE 190-8) 

    The public is invited to speak.
