The Sodus Point Planning Board will hold a public hearing on Monday November 15th, 2021 at 7:00 P.M. via zoom video conferencing those interested can follow instructions at soduspoint.info to discuss the following applications:
Preliminary Site Plan Review, Ron Bills, 7328 Route 14, to construct a 10’ x 12’ addition per plot drawing. (CODE 190-49)
Fence Review, Kathryn Lessord, 7582 N. Fitzhugh, to construct a 4’ fence in the rear of property per plot drawing. (CODE 190-22 (g), 121-4)
Preliminary Site Plan Review, Victoria Cohen, 7537 Bay Street Ext, to construct a 13’x18’ accessory structure to create a living space per stamped drawing. (CODE 190-49)
Special Use Permit Review, Jennifer Evans, 8487 Greig Street, to open a retail business or service, specifically a seasonal recreational equipment rental and beach bicycles, souvenirs, gifts and fishing merchandise shop roughly 1800 square feet. (CODE 190-8, 190-49)
Final Site Plan Review, Gary Bruni 8198 South Shore Rd, to construct a 8’x12’ pole barn 3’ from primary structure where 8’ is required and 2’6” from rear property line where 12.5’ is required, also constructing a 4’x26’ deck (CODE 190-49, 190-11)
Special Use Permit Review, Brandon Martin, 7254 Route 14, to construct 104 new dock slips at existing marina. (CODE 190-49, 86-23, LWRP Review)
Preliminary Site Plan Review, Brandon Martin, 7118 Route 14, to change the use of vacant land to be used as a commercial parking lot for boat and vehicle parking.(CODE 190-8, 190-49)
