The Sodus Point Planning Board will hold a pre meeting on Monday, July 7th, 2025 at 6:30 P.M. via zoom video conferencing from the Village Hall at 8356 Bay Street, 2003 SW 15th Street, Unit 143, Deerfield Beach, FL 33442 and 308 Pine Creek Avenue, Jersey Shore, PA 17740 those interested can follow instructions at soduspoint.info to observe the board discuss following applications the Regular Meeting will follow:

1. Fence Review, William & Rebecca Patton, 8583 Greig Street, to construct a 4’ fence to a the edge of the breakwall where fences need to stop 10’ short of mean high water. (CODE 121, 190-22(g))
2. Final Site Plan Review, Jeff Shelters, 8482 Wickham Boulevard, to construct a front house addition per stamped plans 26’ to peak. (CODE 190-49)
3. LWRP Review, David Tobin, 8553 Greig Street, to construct a breakwall per DEC permit. (CODE 121)

The public is invited to observe these applications.

1. Preliminary Site Plan Review, Steve Hallagan, 8359 South Shore Rd, construct a 27’x40’ single family structure with a 11’x18’ front entry and a 27’x16’ deck per preliminary plans. (CODE 190-49)
