The Sodus Point Planning Board will hold its regular meeting and public hearing on Monday March 7th, 2022 at 7:00 P.M. via zoom video conferencing those interested can follow instructions at soduspoint.info to discuss the following applications:
- Change work order, Deli Company, 7248 Route 14, Sodus Point to change plans to open restaurant in previously vacant building under new business name and proprietor. (190-8)
- LWRP Review, Lois Steinfeldt, 8351 S. Shore Rd, Sodus Point to repair existing breakwall per DEC permit. (LWRP Review, CODE 121)
- Fence Review, Randy Vanslyk , 8323 Bay Street, Sodus Point to construct a 4' chain link fencer per plot drawing. (CODE 190-22 (g.), 121-4)
- Final Site Plan Review, Joelle Frizzera, 8633 Greig Street, to add a 5’ x 33’ dock extension with a 8’x16’ platform at the end and 19’x10’ deck over the water totaling the length of the dock to 99'. (CODE 86-11, 86-19, 86-23, 190-11)
- Final Site Plan Review, 7254 Route 14, to construct 104 new dock slips at existing marina. (CODE 190-49, 86-23, LWRP Review)
- Final Site Plan Review, Brandon Martin, 7118 Route 14, to change the use of vacant land to be used as a commercial parking lot for boat and vehicle parking.(CODE 190-8, 190-49)
