The Sodus Point Planning Board will hold a pre meeting on Monday, December 1st, at 6:00 P.M. via zoom video conferencing from the Village Hall at 8356 Bay Street, 2003 SW 15th Street, Unit 143, Deerfield Beach, FL 33442 and 308 Pine Creek Avenue, Jersey Shore, PA 17740 those interested can follow instructions at www.soduspoint.info to observe the board discuss following applications the Regular Meeting will follow:

1. Final Site Plan Review, Amy Wildhack & John Wildhack, 8411 Sill Shore Rd, to construct a 8x70 permanent dock with a 8x16 platform at the end creating a 78’ long dock with 86’ of total linear footage of dock where 60’ is allowed without special permit. (CODE 86-11, 86-23)

2. Preliminary Subdivision Review, Phil Leone,  8174 Sentell Street to subdivide 310’ of road frontage, 45,000 square feet from 11-acre parcel creating 2 full sized lots.  (CODE 190-11, 190-50) 
3. Preliminary Site Plan Review, Chris Breen, 7820 Margaretta Road to construct a 28x32 Pole Barn (CODE 190-49).
