The Sodus Point Planning Board will hold a pre meeting on Monday, October 20th, at 6:00 P.M. via zoom video conferencing from the Village Hall at 8356 Bay Street, 2003 SW 15th Street, Unit 143, Deerfield Beach, FL 33442 and 308 Pine Creek Avenue, Jersey Shore, PA 17740 those interested can follow instructions at soduspoint.info to observe the board discuss following applications the Regular Meeting will follow:

1. Final Site Plan Review, 7486 Fourth Street, to construct a 1584 square foot single family structure per preliminary site plan on existing footprint. (CODE 190-49)
2. Final Subdivision Review, Mark Wilson, 8278 Lake Road, to subdivide 265x163 from existing 460’x163’ lot to create 2 lots.(CODE 190-50)
3. Final Site Plan Review, Mark Wilson, to construct a 30’x 40’x12’ pole barn. (CODE 190-49)
4. Final Site Plan Review, Jim Ginett, 7570 N. Fitzhugh Street, to construct a 24'x38' pole barn per stamped plans. (CODE 190-49)
