NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that, pursuant to N.Y. Village Law §21-2100, a public hearing will be held by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Sodus Point on October 11, 2023 at 7:00 p.m. at the Sodus Point Firehall, 8364 Bay Street, Sodus Point, NY 14555, in the County of Wayne, State of New York, to consider a petition duly signed by the affected landowners that was filed with the Village, requesting that the roadway known as “Sill Shore Road,” located within the Village, be accepted for dedication as a public roadway by the Village.  

The Petition and survey showing the road is available for public inspection during regular business hours at the Village Clerk's office.

Comments on the proposed acquisition may be made orally or in writing at the public hearing on October 11, 2023, or presented in writing to the Board at Village Municipal Office, 8356 Bay St. Sodus Point, NY 14555 on or before October 10, 2023.  Comments received after the close of the public hearing on October 11, 2023 will not be considered.
