An area variance for Bob Mills at 7061 Bayview Drive to subdivide a large miss shaped parcel into two nonconforming lots.
A height variance for Rita and John Ratkovicz at 8629 Greig Street to construct a 54" fence when 4' is allowed, and an area variance for 0' where 10' is required.
