PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of Sodus Point will hold a PUBLIC HEARING on Tuesday July 9, 2019 7:00 P.M. in the Village Hall at 8356 Bay Street to hear the following applications:
- Area variance Brandon Martin, 7254 Route 14, Sodus Point to build a 15,000 square foot building 45’ tall where 35’ is allowed. (CODE 190-11)
- Area variance Jonathan Haak, 7577 5th Street, Sodus Point to place a 10x12 shed 17” from the south property line where 5’ is required and 64” from the west property line where 12.5’ is required (CODE 190-11).
- Area variance Ernest Strong, 8500 Wickham Blvd, Sodus Point to construct steps 0’ from the front property line where 25’ is required, steps 8’ from the rear where 12.5’ is required and steps 0’ from the west property line where 5’ is required. (CODE 190-11).
- Area variance Brandon Martin, 7254 Route 14, Sodus Point to build a 15,000 square foot building 45’ tall where 35’ is allowed. (CODE 190-11)
- Area variance Terry Monje, 7101 Overlook Drive, Sodus Point to construct a 6’ fence where 4’ is allowed. (CODE 190-22(g.)).
- Area variance Phil Leone, 7573 5th Street, Sodus Point to construct a 6’ fence where 4’ is allowed. (CODE 190-22(g.)).
- Area variance Fire Research Technology, 7317 Route 14, Sodus Point to construct and 8’ and 6’ fence where 4’ is allowed. (CODE 190-22(g.)).
- Discussion with John Reynolds about rezoning his property to LCR at 7936 where it is currently zoned R-residential.
