LEGAL NOTICE SODUS POINT ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS NOTICE 8-13-19

The Sodus Point Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing on Tuesday August 13th, 2019 at 7:00 P.M. in the Village Hall at 8356 Bay St. Sodus Point, NY 14555 on the following applications:

1. Area variance, Todd Hickmont, 7527 N. Ontario Street, Sodus Point to erect a 6’ fence where 4’ is allowed. (CODE 190-22 & 121).

2. Area variance, Steve Hyatt, 7114 Central Ave, Sodus Point to construct a 20’ x 28’ 2 story addition which will be 2’ from the existing garage where 8’ is required. (CODE 190-22).
