The Sodus Point Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing on Monday November 25th, 2019 at 7:00 P.M. in the Village Hall at 8356 Bay St. Sodus Point, NY 14555 on the following applications:
- Area Variance, Rebecca Waddsworth, 7157 Overlook Dr, Sodus Point to erect a 6’ high fence and (2) 5’ high gates where a 4’ high fence is allowed. (CODE 190-22(g.) & 121).
- Area variance, Robert Cuyler, 8492 Wickham Blvd, Sodus Point to place a pre-built 6’x6’ shed 0’ from the house where 8’ is required allowing 43% lot coverage where 30% is allowed. (CODE 190-11 and 190-22(e.).
- Code Interpretation, Edwin Schum, 8179 Margaretta Rd, Sodus Point to have the zoning board give a formal code interpretation on sections 121-4 and 190-22(g).
