  2. Area variance, Roby Cuyler, 8492 Wickham Blvd, Sodus Point to construct a 12’ x 6’ deck – 9’ from the rear where 12.5’ is required and 3.8’ from the east where 5’ is required. Also to construct a front door landing and steps 8.4’ from the front where 25’ is required both allowing 42% lot coverage where 30% is allowed. (CODE 190-11).
