LEGAL: Zoning Board of Appeals Public Hearing Notice 04-24-2018

The Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing on Tuesday April 24th, 2018 at 7:00 P.M. in the Village Hall at 8356 Bay St. Sodus Point, NY 14555 on the following applications:

1. Area variance for Doug Wagner, 8311 South Shore Rd; 100 ft. dock, where 60 ft. is allowed (86.11), and a special use permit to enclose the top portion of a boat hoist.
2. . Area variance for Robert Straubing, 8522 Greig Street; for a 8 ft. living fence in a Waterfront Commercial District, 4’ from backyard where 25’ is allowed. and;  an Area variance for 8516 Greig Street; for a 8 ft. living fence 1’ from side yard where 2’ is allowed and 4’ from front where 25’ is allowed.
