The Sodus Point Zoning Board will hold a public meeting on Monday November 13th, 2023 at 7:00 P.M. via zoom video conferencing from the Village Hall at 8356 Bay Street those interested can follow instructions at soduspoint.info or come in person to discuss the following applications:
- Area Variance Review, Larissa Dougherty, 8185 Sentell Street, to construct a 45’x27’ addition per stamped plans 10’ from front property line where 25’ is required. (Code 190-49)
- Area Variance Review, Sodus Bay Heights Golf Course, 7030 Bayview Drive, to replace 2 existing signs. Building sign being made larger to 4’x 3’ equaling 12 aggregate feet where 8 aggregate feet is allowed, roadside sign being made 4’x3’ equaling 12 aggregate feet where 8 aggregate feet is allowed.(Code 190-26)
- Donald Riling, 7426 Wolcott Street, Sodus Point seeking a special use permit under 190-69 to stay in a RV on his property for additional 2 months while construction finishes on approved project.
