The Sodus Point Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing on Monday August 25th, 2025 at 7:00 P.M. via zoom video conferencing from the Village Hall at 8356 Bay Street those interested can follow instructions at soduspoint.info to discuss the following applications:

1. Area Variance, Mark Wilson, 8278 Lake Road, to subdivide 90x165 from existing 195’x165’ lot to create 2 lots one standard sized lot and one substandard sized lot. (CODE 190-11, 190-50)
2. Area Variance, Doreen Levin, 8569 Greig Street, to place a 10’x14 shed allowing 36% lot coverage where 30% is allowed. (CODE 190-11)
