The Sodus Point Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing on Monday July 28th, 2025 at 7:00 P.M. via zoom video conferencing from the Village Hall at 8356 Bay Street those interested can follow instructions at soduspoint.info to discuss the following applications:

1. Area Variance, Margie Spence, 7558 Seventh Street, to construct a 10'x7' front deck with 3 stairs going to the East, 7.8' from front property line where 25' is required allowing for 41% lot coverage where 30% is allowed. (CODE 190-11)
2. Area Variance, Marcia & David Breckenridge, 7105 Bayview Drive, to construct a 80”x11’ Deck 9.5’ from north property line where 12.5’ is required. (CODE 190-11)
