The Sodus Point Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing on Monday March 13th, 2023 at 7:00 P.M. via zoom video conferencing from 8356 Bay Street, Sodus Point NY and 7490 Ebro Road, Englewood Florida 34224 those interested can follow instructions at soduspoint.info to discuss the following applications:

1. Special Use Permit, Bruce Carey, 7399 Route 14, Sodus Point to construct to construct a 48 unit RV Campground per Plans. (Code 190-8, 190-69)

2. Area Variance, Peter Hallagan, 7579 Fourth Street, to deconstruct and then reconstruct a front porch on the exact same footprint but adding a second story with a balcony 10.8 inches from north property line per plans. (Code 190-11)
