The Sodus Point Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing on Monday February 26th, 2024 at 7:00 P.M. via zoom video conferencing and at the Village Hall at 8356 Bay Street and from 7490 Ebro Road Englewood FL, 34224 those interested can follow instructions at soduspoint.info to discuss the following applications:     

  1. Area Variance, Frank Denoto, 7448 Seaman Street, to construct a 6’ fence per drawing around existing fence 6’ high where 4’ is allowed. (CODE 190-22(g), 121-4)  
  2. Area Variance, Carly Straubing, 8441 Lummis Street Ext. to construct a 6’ fence along with 4’ portion per plot drawing where 4’ is allowed. (CODE 190-22(g), 121-4)
  3. Area Variance, Eugene Hoad, 8606 Greig Street, to construct a 16’x36’ pole barn 2’ from the west property line where 5’ is required. (CODE 190-11, 190-49)
