LEGAL: Sodus Point Zoning Board of Appeals Public Hearing Notice 10-15-2019

The Sodus Point Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing on Tuesday October 15th, 2019 at 7:00 P.M. in the Village Hall at 8356 Bay St. Sodus Point, NY 14555 on the following applications:

  1. Area variance, John Wildhack, 8411 Sill Road, Sodus Point to erect a 12’x20’ lean to 11.3’ from the property line where 12.5’ is required. (CODE 190-11).
  2. Area variance, Dick Depew, 8504 Wickham Blvd, Sodus Point to subdivide a 40’x50’ lot from existing parcel creating an undersized lot where 12,500 sq ft is required. (CODE 190-11 & 190-50.).
  3. Area variance, Nicholas Warnick, 8619 Greig Street, Sodus Point to construct a 22’x20’ deck 2.5’ from the property line where 5’ is required. (CODE 190-11 & 190-22).
  4. Area variance, Mathew Nowak, 8040 Lake Road, Sodus Point to subdivide 29 acres into 7 building lots. (CODE 190-50).
  5. Area variance, Robert Cuyler, 8492 Wickham Blvd, Sodus Point to place a pre-built 6’x6’ shed 3’ from the eastern property line where 5’ is required. (CODE 190-11).

The zoning board will hear all persons who wish to be heard with regard to these matters at the Public Hearing herein noted. Any person wishing to be heard may appear in person or by legal representative.
