The Sodus Point Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing on Monday January 27th, 2020 at 7:00 P.M. in the Village Hall at 8356 Bay St. Sodus Point, NY 14555 on the following applications:
- Area Variance, Steve Hyatt, 7114 Central Ave., Sodus Point to erect a 20’x16’ Attached Garage 4’ from North property line where 5’ is required. (CODE 190-11).
