1. Area Variance,  Bruce Carey, 8129 Sentell Street, to finish constructing a free-standing 3'x6' front porch with 3 steps, 12' from front setback where 25' is required. (CODE 190-11)
2. Special Permit, Dana Profetta, 8533 Greig Street, to construct a 30x22, 1 story boat house 5' from west property line and 6' from east property line, special permit required (CODE 86-12, 86-27).
