Old business:

1. Special Permit, Dana Profetta, 8533 Greig Street, to construct a 30x24, 1 story boat house 3' from west property line and 6' from east property line, special permit required (CODE 86-12, 86-27)

New business:

2. Area Variance, Bill Dixon, 8431 Bay Street, to construct a 32x70 pole barn per stamped plans 5 feet from east property line where 7.7’ is required and 5 feet from north property line where 12.5’ is required, allowing 34% lot coverage where 30% is allowed. (CODE 190-11, 190-15, 190-19)
