The Sodus Point Planning Board will hold a pre meeting on Monday, June 16th, 2025 at 6:30 P.M. via zoom video conferencing from the Village Hall at 8356 Bay Street, 2003 SW 15th Street, Unit 143, Deerfield Beach, FL 33442 and 308 Pine Creek Avenue, Jersey Shore, PA 17740 those interested can follow instructions at soduspoint.info to observe the board discuss following applications the Regular Meeting will follow:

1. Fence Review, Vivian Dendecker, 8403 Wickham Boulevard, to construct to allow to maintain a living fence to remain and grow to 10’ tall..  (CODE 121, 190-22(g))
2. Final Site Plan Review, James Gruttaduaria, 8116 Margaretta Road, to place a 10x16 shed to be used as a retail store front per business plan. (CODE 190-49)
3. Final Subdivision Review, Patrick Tobin, 8385 South Shore Rd, to subdivide 3’ by 135.2’ from 8385 to add to 8387 to clear boundary line issue. (CODE 190-50)
4. Final Site Plan Review, Patrick Tobin, 8387 South Shore Rd, to construct a 2867 square foot single family residential structure per stamped blue prints. (CODE 190-49)
5. Fence Review, David Gitsis, 7308 Route 14, to construct a 4' fence per plot drawing. (CODE 190-22, 121)
