LEGAL: Sodus Point Zoning Board Meeting Notice 10-27-2025

The Sodus Point Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing on Monday October 27th, 2025 at 7:00 P.M. via zoom video conferencing and at the Village Hall at 8356 Bay Street those interested can follow instructions at soduspoint.info to discuss the following applications:     

1.  Area Variance,  Mark Converse,  7583 Second Street to construct a a story rear addition 26.2'x11.5',  1.5' feet from north property line where 5' is required allowing 35.7% lot coverage where 30% is allowed also constructing a 2 story garage on existing footprint 1.1' from south property line where 5' is required and 5.5' from west property line where 12.5' is required. (CODE 190-11, 190-49)
