The Sodus Point Planning Board will hold a pre meeting on Wednesday, November 5th, at 6:00 P.M. via zoom video conferencing from the Village Hall at 8356 Bay Street, 2003 SW 15th Street, Unit 143, Deerfield Beach, FL 33442 and 308 Pine Creek Avenue, Jersey Shore, PA 17740 those interested can follow instructions at soduspoint.info to observe the board discuss following applications the Regular Meeting will follow:

1. Final Site Plan Review, Mark Converse,  7583 Second Street to construct a a story rear addition 26.2'x11.5',  1.5' feet from north property line where 5' is required allowing 35.7% lot coverage where 30% is allowed also constructing a 2 story garage on existing footprint 1.1' from south property line where 5' is required and 5.5' from west property line where 12.5' is required. (CODE 190-11, 190-49)
2. Final Subdivision Review, Cristhian Cervantes, 8137 Bayless Road, to subdivide 100x536 from existing lot creating (2) 53,000 square foot lots per survey map. (CODE 190-11, 190-50)
3. Final Site Plan, Kristen Hyland, 7586 Fourth Street, to construct a 1504 square foot single family structure with an 80 square foot shed per plot drawing on existing footprint allowing 35% lot coverage where 30% is allowed. (CODE 190-11)
