LEGAL: Sodus Point Planning Board Special Meeting Notice 10-5-2026
The Sodus Point Planning Board will hold a pre meeting workshop on Monday October 5th, 2026 at 6:30 P.M. via zoom video conferencing from the Village Hall at 8356 Bay Street those interested can follow instructions at www.soduspoint.info to observe the board discuss following applications the Special Meeting will follow:
- Final Site Plan Review, Brandon Martin, 7254 Route 14, Constructing a 930.5 square foot addition 17’ from edge of breakwater where 25’ is required and a 781.6 square foot deck 13’ from edge of breakwater to the east and 8.5’ to the north where 25’ is required from both with second story deck 8’ wide and full length. (CODE 190-11, 190-49)
- Final Subdivision Review, Scott Johnson, 7001 Bay View Drive, to subdivide 1.218 acres from 16.418 acres lot creating a new building lot with 271.95 and 218.00 feet of road frontage and total square footage of 53,073. (CODE 190-50)
- Final Site Plan Review, Scott Johnson, 7001 Bay View Drive, to construct a single- family structure 2712 square footage with a 960 square foot garage per preliminary plans. (CODE 190-49).
- Final Site Plan Review, Scott Briggs, 8474 Greig Street, to construct a second story deck per plot drawing with 2 portions one 6’x15 and a second 9’x9’ of which will be 9’ from edge of breakwall where 25’ is required allowing for 44% lot coverage where 30% is allowed. (CODE 190-11).
