The Sodus Point Planning Board will hold a public hearing on Monday May 4th, 2020 at 7:00 P.M. via zoom video conferencing those interested can follow instructions at soduspoint.info to discuss the following applications:
- Final Subdivision Review, Matt Nowak, 8040 Lake Road, Sodus Point to subdivide 29 acres into 7 building lots. (CODE 190-50).
- Preliminary Site Review, Bob Straubing, 8512 Greig, Sodus Point to erect a 15’2″ x 18’2″ covered porch 4.83′ from east property line and 4.33′ from south property line. (CODE 190-49). (Will go to Zoning)
- Fence Review, Bruce Hargrave, 8432 Bay Street, Sodus Point to construct a 4’ fence to protect utilities on the side of property. (CODE 190-22 (g) and 121).
