Final Site Plan Review - 7203 Route 14, Lake Side Leasing, to construct a 40'x120' metal storage building per site plan. (CODE 190-49)
Preliminary Site Plan Review - 7579 Fourth Street, Peter Hallagan, to construct a 27' x 26'4", 5' from the rear setback and 3'8" from side setback and allowing 35% lot coverage (CODE 190-49). This will go on for an area variance for the setbacks and lot coverage issues if approved. Please be advised that the 3'8" side setback will trigger an additional fire rating per the international code.
LWRP Review - 7432 Route 14, Daryl Walker, to construct a break wall topper 1 foot on the existing break wall.
