LEGAL: Sodus Point Planning Board Public Hearing Notice 11-7-2022 

The Sodus Point Planning Board will hold a public hearing on Monday November 7th, 2022 at 7:00 P.M. via zoom video conferencing from the Sodus Point Fire Department Meeting Room at 8364 Bay Street, those interested can follow instructions at soduspoint.info to discuss the following applications: 

1. Final Site Plan Review, 8528 LLC, to construct a 7'6" x 34' addition per stamped plans. . (190-49) 
2. LWRP Review, Sodus Bay Yacht Club, 7491 Irwin Street, to construct a breakwall and fill pier per DEC Permit to an elevation of 250'. (121-9)
3. Preliminary Site Plan Review, Bruce Carey, 7559 N. Ontario Street, to construct a 46’x60' pole barn 1.3' from south property line. (190-11, 190-49)
4. Planning Board Review, Hot's Point SP, LLC, 8482 Greig Street, to reopen Hot's Point under new ownership per business plan (190-8)
